Adult hoops are heavier, weighing in at 2 lbs, giving you a slimming workout with a weighted hoop. Adult hoops are also larger, measuring 40 plus inches across. The large size of the hoop makes it rotate slower than a hoop toy, giving you time to learn and react to the hoop’s path across your body.

My hoops are made from professional materials that include vibrant colors for decoration. I have it all—glam rock glitter, pinks, purples, blues—any color you love. You can buy a  hoop from my store, or send me a message and ask for any custom design.
